One cold finger?

Is this concerning? Normal? I don’t know when it started (maybe a couple of years ago?) but I’m noticing it a lot more now just because it’s colder and I’m going out more. It’s just this one finger that stays cold when I get inside and goes a little numb. It takes maybe five minutes to go away. This was today when it was about 20F out (so actually warmer than usual lol) anyone else have this?

I used to get it all the time, All my autoimmune symptoms magically went away when I got pregnant.

I have raynaud’s phenomenon but it’s with all of my fingers. They used to turn purple/white when i was younger but my mom got on me about wearing my gloves when it was cold out. So now I just do what i can to keep my hands warm! Gloves, hand warmers, sit on them to warm them up. I try to avoid washing my hands in too cold of water bc once my hands get cold it takes a while before they warm back up.

Definitely Raynaud’s phenomenon. It’s not something to worry about it’s just something that happens to some people. But see a doctor just to be safe. So ironic I came across this post right now cause I just got back from a doctors appointment where I got diagnosed with raynauds and my doctor told me she has it too

That happens to me. During the winter mostly when I'm cold, which is all the time. 
Interestingly enough, when I was severely overweight I never had the issue. Only when I got down to the proper weight.
