So 6 weeks ago, I had my daughter. Now I’m having anxiety with headaches,back pain, stomach aches and chest pain. Is this all with my anxiety or could it be something serious… I am a new mom so Idk about anything after birth. On the second note I tested positive for covid? Can covid give me those symptoms even tho I’m already over it and negative
