I’ve had my IUD (copper/non hormonal) in for almost 6 years. I’ve never taken a pregnancy test just because I trust it that much. Never used a condom. Never used the pull out method. My periods are semi-regular (every 21-28 days), meaning never more than a couple days late or early. I know this may now be everyone’s experience, but just wanted to share mine.😊

I take one regularly no matter what I’ve been on. Iud is one you hear people get pregnant on a lot so I’d definitely suggest it.

I have taken some with negative results. I got my copper iud in early Sept, after my first post Partum period after my second child. I am breast feeding but have yet to have another period they took a pregnancy test via blood before giving me the iud, then I took one in October and November. My son is 8 months now and i have no symptoms other than no period. After my first I went on the depo shot and would get a period regularly every 3 months then went off it after 2 yrs to give my body a break from added hermones and because covid hit but after 2 months of constant periods, every 2 weeks lasting 1 week, I got pregnant with number 2. Any ideas??
