Symptoms?

Has anyone had a twitching sensation in their ovaries during early pregnancy? It feels like how my eye would twitch lol...that's the only way I can describe it.....what was everyones early pregnancy symptoms?

I actually did have this. I did IVF so I knew there was an embryo there. I would have been about 11dpo if it was a regular pregnancy, and felt something very similar to an eye twitch low in my left ovary for an entire day, to the point I thought I had implanted ectopic (I didn't, it was a regular successful pregnancy)
