Question

Hey everyone when did your littles sleep in their own beds? My son will be 19months when #2 makes her appearance baby #2 will be sleeping in her bassinet til she outgrows it then she'll be moved into her room and my son in his own room. What are some reasonable priced toddler beds?

Our oldest had just turned 2 when we switched him. We wanted to give enough time to transition before baby came (2mo later), because we didn’t want him to feel like the baby was taking his bed. We skipped the toddler bed though and went straight to a twin.

We changed my daughters crib to a toddler bed and she wanted nothing to do with it, wouldn’t go near it at all. We wound up transitioning her to a twin mattress on the floor and after a few months got her a twin bed just before her 2nd birthday.
