Spotting

My last period was December 9th. On January 19th to 23rd I spotted on and off light pink. I don’t know if that was my period or not tbh🥲 now today I am spotting again. Was the 5 days of on and off spotting my period? I did have a negative test on January 19th also so I don’t believe I am pregnant. Any thoughts would be helpful 🤩
