Submucosal fibroids

Hi all.

This is new to me, I’ve just been for an internal scan and I have been told I have a submucosal fibroid. We have been TTC around 3 years with no luck. The Dr said this should not be causing infertility but I’m coming here for advice. I’m getting an appointment for a hysteroscopic myomectomy to have it removed. She showed me the scan and one side of my uterus looked completely distorted. Can anyone give me some positive stories of conceiving after a submucosal fibroid has been removed?
