low fetal dna genetic counselor

anyone ever have low fetal dna for NIPT twice and everything ended up being fine ? alpha fetal protein came back negative and ultrasound looks good but couldn’t read nipt. they want me to talk on the phone with a genetic counselor what type of questions do they ask you ? she said it’s common that women have to go through this and it could be for several reason but i am trying not to worry. thanks in advance.
