Adding also. Milk is the main source of nutrition for the entire first year and should not be weaned until after 1yr.

We started offering solids at 4 months but you don’t start weaning milk until 12 months. 
“Food before one is just for fun” - it’s about learning how to eat rather than gaining nutrition from it.

20 months. And only because I got pregnant and lactation slowed.

I didn't until he was 18 months. After he started solids they naturally and gradually start drinking less milk and more solids. At 18 months he only nursed morning, noon and night. Only wean if you want to.
