Feeling sad

I did take a pregnancy test after 5 days of feeling nauseous and missed period. The test said I was pregnant and then yesterday I had what you call a chemical pregnancy and I’m so sad! I have been trying for a baby for the last 8 months😔… I also wonder if it had something to do with me having a spinal fusion due to severe scoliosis over a year ago. I have went to a doctor wondering if I could have problems conceiving and the doctor said if I do that they can’t help me till I’ve had this issue for a year or more.
