My 12 week old baby only drinks breastmilk and she usually poops once every two days or so but the last 3 days she has been pooping after almost every feeding and its giving her a really nasty rash on her booty and i feel so bad. Is that normal? Is there something i can do to help her not poop as much? Could it possibly be teething related? Because she’s been very drooly.

Also any advice on how to help soothe her little bottom?! Thank you in advance!
