Belly Band for C-section
Just wondering how often you were told to wear the band after C section. My surgeon told me 5-6 weeks but never specified how long everyday. In the hospital I wore it 24/7. Now I’m home day 2 and just realized I never even asked. Currently left OB office a message hoping they call me back. Uncomfortable with it all day and night. TÍA.
