Hey ladies I just has a Paragard (copper) iud inserted today while on my period. Im kinda freaking myself out going down a rabbit hole of reviews and stories from other woman. Has anyone had any success with this type of iud? I was reading something about how copper iud can give you copper toxicity which I have never heard of so now im like 😳 also had some questions like if any of your partners have ever felt it or noticed.. my husband is very against birth control because of its side effects and I havent told him I had it inserted yet.. really hoping I made the right decision as I already have 5 children and currently breastfeeding my youngest (6 months old)
