Does this chart show ovulation?
This is my 2nd cycle off BC.
I don't think I ovulated last cycle as I didn't have a temperature shift.
Hoping this is the cycle everything kicks back in :)
Does the temperature rise today look good as a sign of ovulation? Yesterday I had what I *think* was ovulation pain in one side, so fingers crossed.
I've read you need to have 3 days of high temp to confirm ovulation, but is this looking good? (I'm incredibly impatient so am interested in your thoughts even now!)
