Perimenoupasal

So my Dr did blood work last year I missed 1-2 months of my AF then I start, she got results and said I'm perimenoupasal by looking at my results and said I'm still going to have sex drive and AF cramping but I'm no longer ovulating,so like I said I have headache and I'm cramping bad so what I did I took ovulation test and this is what I got, if I'm perimenoupasal can I still get an ovulation test like this and headache bad cramps TMI very wet and high sex drive every day? My last AF was in October in November pinkish spot that's it nothing after that, I did ask Dr to give me something to start my period but told me to enjoy it while I can cause there's nothing she could give me and accept that I have perimenoupasal, once she said that I got up from the bed to tell her off but my husband grabbed me took me out and left cause he knew I didn't like how she told me, I called clinic and explain what happened so they gave me another Dr, But is this normal to still get a positive ovulation test and ovulation symptoms? I go see my new Dr in 2 months, but I'm going to call and make appointment over the phone and ask questions,
