Ok ladies please help me with finding the best feminine hygiene and pms pain products because I am very out of the loop.

I have been on Nexplanon since 2015 having it changed normally every 3 years until I had it removed in September due to personal reasons and was put on NuvaRing my insurance is not wanting to cover any birth control unless medically necessary which for me it is so my obygyn is submitting a new referral to my insurance. But in the meantime what are the best Aunt Flo products? I’m not a huge fan of tampons because I forget to change them within the “safe” timeframe or most pads.

Also what are the best pms and pain products on the market now?
