Sharp pains IUD ?

So I got a hormonal IUD inserted on the 3rd of January. Ive been spotting ever since. The first period (started the day after insertion) was EXCRUTIATING, and heavy. And then I just havent stopped bleeding since (light to medium flow, not like hemorraging).

I noticed during that first period that the pain is mostly on the left side, and when in the moments it was really bad, I could feel jolts of pain down my left leg to my foot.😥

Every few days I'll get a sharp pain in the left ovary ish area, and then that electric wave of pain down the back of my leg/butt, down to like my ankle. And itll stay sore like a rlly annoying soreness I feel the need to massage it or pit a hot water bottle.

Does anyone else with an IUD remember experiencing this ?? Any hell would be rlly appreciated 🙏🏼😭
