Help! What's the Best route?

Good evening everyone,
I'm new here and already looking for some advice from you lovely people.. so I am a mum of 4 and recently got into a relationship he had a vesectomy around 8 years ago after his last child. However after talking we have decided that we'd like 1 baby together and so have been saving to go private.. my question is can someone please advise me on our best route? Thankyou in advance ☺

It works differently everywhere, I didn’t need a referral to schedule a consultation with my fertility specialist. I literally just googled fertility specialists in my area and called! Some places require you to see your primary/OBGYN first to try the less invasive options and if all fails they’ll refer you out.
