So I’m in college and I have some pretty chill professors. I missed class yesterday and today because of cramps, and the period shits. But my flow didn’t start until last night, so I didn’t even know I was about to get my period. And yesterday I had straight up diarrhea. When I passed gas, I accidentally shit my pants.

Now here’s the thing- my professor needs a dr excuse in order to allow me to make up an assignment I missed. He’s a male, and I don’t think he wants to know about my period pooping problem. And I didn’t go to the dr yesterday because I stayed home, washed my clothes and cried at the embarrassment of it all. Is it possible to get a dr excuse for the period shits? Like. What do I do here?
