Silent discreet vibrators?

I live with family and need something not so loud I've considered using and electric toothbrush but it's so loud. 
If you could leave some links or purchase suggestions. Also would be great if it has multiple settings. 
Not opposed to something that is inserted into the vagina but would prefer something without, just a plain vibration. Nothing to expensive lol.

If theres a spencers around you, you can go there. Theres smaller vibs called bullets that are pretty quiet. Mine is almost silent and has 10 seperate functions. I think it was like $15

most cheaper vibrators aren’t very loud if you do it under the sheets (muffles the sound) but don’t let it touch the sheets.
