Which do you lack “motivation” with?
Hey ladies! So I was talking to a couple of my girlfriends about how having a consistent routine in all areas in your life can really help. What they all had in common is the lack of “motivation” *no judgment at all* 🤗
I don’t believe motivation isn’t there..*hear me out*
it’s true that motivation gets you started, yes. Absolutely! However you have to be WILLING to make the decision to start. Which all starts with your MINDSET. If you keep saying you have no motivation overtime your mind believes it.
So I’m curious to know what are y’all willing to work on/do differently this year to help create a new healthy routine?
