10 month old still not sleeping through the night!?

Help this tired Mama out! Lol my son is going to be 10 months old and he still wakes up for bottles 😭😭 at one point he was sleeping through the night then after about 6 months old he stopped.. he sleeps from 7pm-11:30/12ish then wakes back up around 3:30am for another bottle and up for the day between 6-7am 😖 any suggestions? A few of my friend’s told me to try and stop the night feedings but that’s the only way he’ll go back to sleep when he wakes up at those hours so idk what to do or if he’ll just grow out of it on his own

My 9 months old was sleeping terribly (waking 5-7 times at night) until I started feeding solids 3 times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and now she only wakes up once or twice!

Agree with other comment, reduce amount of milk until you transition to comforting without milk. It will be hard at first, there will be some crying so you may have to mentally prepare yourself for a tired week or so, but I remember walking her, rocking, etc when I cut out night feeds and it worked. She was so tired she eventually went back to sleep until she stopped waking up for them. And she never took a pacifier but that may help you out.

Mine didn’t sleep through the night until about 14/15 months. But I began weaning the night feedings off around 9-10 months. These did lead to more tired nights because I had to tell him no bottle when he would wake. I was giving him good feedings before bed and purées at this time, which isn’t for everyone but it helped keep him a little full. I honestly don’t know why he had such a hard time sleeping after he turned 1 but I just began going in there and not touching him and staying silent. Finally he just got it and stayed asleep. He’s almost 3 now and has rough nights every now and again, usually because he lost his lovey and can’t find it or wants to be covered better. Doesn’t hurt to try things.

My 11mo does this, midnight and 4am. I'm just going with it because she's only a baby once and she's on the small side, but if you want to wean the night feeds you can try gradually offering less milk at each feed and then switch to water. He'll probably be annoyed at the switch to water but less likely to wake for it since it's not as enticing as milk.
