Struggling with maintaining a calorie deficit every day without getting a headache and feeling sick

So I’ve been using My Fitness Pal. I weigh 175lbs at 5’7” and I have a goal weight of 140lbs. It gave me a calorie intake of 1,430 a day and I’m really struggling with maintaining that. I’m getting headaches from being so hungry and feeling weak and sickly. I have no energy to actually exercise either. I’m eating healthy, focusing on protein, vegetables/fruit, and whole grains and ONLY drinking water and black tea, but I’m still SO hungry at the end of the day. I’m waiting on dinner to be done right now and I’m so hungry my stomach is hurting. Is this normal? Am I supposed to be this hungry and weak feeling from a calorie deficit? I tried to do a work out and I could literally only do 15 minutes. This isn’t normal for me, I can normally jog for a mile no problem or complete a 30 minute HIIT workout.
