Help me decide

So on this app it says I’m 5 days late on another one it says 9 days I took a test maybe 3 days ago and it said negative I took another one this morning and it shows this, I feel like I might be crazy or hoping for a positive to hard cause I feel like I see another line, help me out and tell me what you think.. thank you💕
