Is it just me or does this happen to every female? Around the time my period is due I get really mean and annoyed with everything and everyone. I try to stop being mean but I can’t help it

Depending on the degree of mean and angry. It may be normal or you may have PMDD.

Every month, 5 days before I start my period, I’m a raging mess. Everything makes me grouchy. It’s miserable!

I have PMDD, which might be something you have too. I get extremely irritable and flustered over everything and also have moments of intense rage. I've been trying different supplements to no avail but hoping to find something that helps soon. :)

Because girlllll I get all types of moody leading up to & on my period
