Pregnant or symptoms ?

So last month when I took my birth control I missed a week before starting the next pack due to pharmacy issues, I got the pack took 1 day the 2nd day had sex I had my normal spotting on for my period week , but I decided to stop the pill completely and now I have to pee allot,fatigue, and mood swings is this from stoping the pill or could I be pregnant?
