Has anyone been nauseous for first few weeks of pregnancy and than it went away? I’ve got no pain or bleeding but currently 6 weeks 1 day and feeling very tired but no nausea. This is my second pregnancy and hopefully second baby. With my first was nauseous until 13 weeks.
