Pregnancy Scare... Advice Needed!

I am FREAKING out! So I missed my last period and normally I don't think much of it as I have endometriosis so mine can be quite irregular. I did however have sex with someone 16 days ago (protected but I guess things can fail/break...) and it was noticeably later this time so being a bit paranoid I took a dip stick test (one from an actual pharmacy) and it came back as positive 😳 I've used this specific brand before and each time it's been correct (always been negative, endo probably has a bit to answer for that) but it advised doing one again 48 hours later if the second line was faded, which it was. Did another one today and still positive 😅 I am going to go into the hospital to get a proper test done but I'm really unsure what to do if it still comes back positive... I just met this guy a week before anything happened and we've still been speaking back and forth. Feel like I should at least mention it (if I am pregnant) but also not sure if it's a good idea or how he might react or if it'll just scare him off completely... I'll be honest and say I'm in no way ready to have a baby so personally wouldn't want to go through with it (no judgement please, everyone has their reasons and I respect both sides) but very unsure as I've never had to consider this until now... 😅
