Car with 3 kids??

Question

We just bought a 2020 Toyota Highlander. It has captain seats in the middle and a 3rd row. I have a 3 year old and a 2 year old both now forward facing. I may be pregnant.  
Does anyone have this type of car/situation and how do you fit them safely/ easiest access?? Lol 
Or do I just give up and get the minivan even though I love my Highlander 😩

We have a 7 seat nissan pathfinder. We have a 3,2& 1 year old soon to be 4,3,&2 years old. Our oldest 2 are in the back and the baby is behind the passenger seat. We have 2 forwards facing(boys have reached their height limit) and the baby rear facing.

I highly suggest joining Car seats For The Littles on Facebook, and posting this along with what car seats you have, height and weight of your other kiddos. You will get a lot of responses from others with the same vehicle setup as well as advice from certified car seat techs. Personally I have a 8 passenger Sienna and love it

We have a Ford Expedition, currently only 1 2.5 year old, his carseat sits in the captains seat in the second row just fine!

I drive a Nissan Pathfinder and I’m pregnant with my 3rd. I do not have captain chairs 😭 so my plan is to put my 3 and 2 year old in the 3rd row and put the baby behind the passenger so I can fold down the seats. I could technically put 3 across with my diono seats but I want to use an infant seat to start out with.

We also have a 2020 highlander but we didn’t get the captain seats 😣 we’re looking to getting a bigger vehicle like a Yukon or Escalade to fit all 3 of our kids plus a dog 🤦‍♀️

I have a GMC Acadia with the same setup as yours. The oldest goes in the back because they can buckle themselves and then the younger 2 are in the middle seats. It’s sometimes a pain to get the kid in the back unbuckled but our middle seat slides forward far enough I can usually reach in without having to undo car seats
