What are these spots on my body?

A couple days ago I started getting these red bumps.. they’re painful.. but not exactly itchy.. i don’t touch them much . they’re only on my back and on my side.

Since it only affects the trunk it could be pityriasis rosea! Unfortunately it gradually gets worse before it’s better(if it is this.)
I’ve had it 3x in my 27 years lol
Sunbathing helps, keeping moisturized and id wash my body oddly with head and shoulders, and I noticed hot showers would make the itching worse so try lukewarm. I’d definitely see the doc though, just to get a proper diagnosis:) good luck
