My son had it as a newborn. Wasn’t an issue, just noisy. He outgrew it.

I was born with it. I was fine. My parents did have a heartrate monitor on me at night which sometimes told them when I wasn't breathing enough or if my heart rate dropped. They never had to preform CPR. It just startled me awake is what they tell me. No surgeries or biopsies were done. Most of the time kids just sound like a little squeaky toy or raspy when breathing.
