Last year my husband got a vasectomy.

I was on depo provera shots.

I quit in june 2021 (when I should have gotten my new shot and didn't) after having 3 shots since our baby was born.

I had some kind of period back maybe 3 months ago, similar to the first time I quit.

Now I've had a period for a full week, then no period for 1 full week, then a period for 1 full week, then no period for 2 weeks.. Today. Spotting. 😩

Hope this passes soon and my body can get back to naturally normal, no more hormones for me 🥳

Anyone else got this unreal period pattern after quitting the depo provera shots?
