7 weeks pregnant and bad cramps?

I should start this off by saying I have stage 4 endometriosis and adenomyosis, so my normal period cramps are always terrible! I’ve had two successful surgeries but still get a fair bit of pain every month.

Well last month I found out that I’m pregnant 🤰 and since then I’ve had fairly consistent cramping on and off. However, the last week or two, it has gotten so bad! There are random moments (like when I have a full bladder) where it’s so painful that I consider going to the ER.

I haven’t had any bleeding at all and no other pains. I know a lot of women with endo get bad pain in pregnancy but I’m so worried. I have my first scan in 2 days, so hoping for the best 🤞🏼

Has anyone had the same worrying pain at this point in pregnancy? 😣
