BAD cramps

I just got my bfp on Saturday 2/05! I’ve been having BAD cramps, like gas pains, off and on, and having to go to the bathroom 🙈 I’ve been reading about cramps and seeing ectopic pregnancies, halfway freaking myself out. Is this normal for some people, or should I call my doctor? I called today to schedule my first appointment and it’s not until March 14th. I don’t remember this with my son. Right before I got pregnant with my son I had a chemical and it all just makes me overly anxious, which is not helping!
