Any viable gestational sac should show up in the left hand side of the endometrium (within the fundus/top of the uterus). Anything black around the uterus is a fluid-filled structure (bladder, bowel, follicles in ovaries).

Im so sorry. Yes she is right. You should have a gestational sac at least if not fetal pole and yolk sac. Have ypu had any bleeding. Heavy? It may have been a missed miscarriage.
