Cold sweats ?

Is it normal to get cold sweats before your period? I’ve been waking up the past three mornings with cold sweats.

i get like that. sometimes i get nauseous and other similar symptoms to pregnancy but i haven’t been with a man in a long time so it just comes from symptoms before i start. i’m 25 now and i’ll def say that my symptoms have changed over the years. it may be a new symptom or something completely different. best thing to do is be observant. try drinking a lot of water or something with electrolytes. it could be anything but i have indeed had cold sweats as a period symptom

Hormones can be weird at times and it could cause it, but I don't know if it's normal before a period.
Can't say I've tried it myself other than when I've been sick.
