i dont know what to do ..

when i was 18 i was diagnosed with herpes i still never really got a clear understanding of which strain i have .. but right now im currently having a outbreak near my but *which i’ve never had one there* and also one right on top of my vaginal area that is pretty much cleared up .. other than prescription meds , what do you all do to make them clear up? it’s been a week now and this is the longest i’ve ever had an outbreak & the first time i’ve had one in 2 areas 😭
