Is this normal? Covid Vaccine

I got my first covid vaccination a week ago today.  For about 4 days my arm was sore where the shot was given. It felt better. Then, that 5th & 6th day my armpit hurt. Now it feels fine but last night before I went to bed I looked at my arm. Where I got the shot it's red. It's a red circle as big as a half dollar. Is this normal? Also, I have felt weak since day 2 day and still feel that way. How long does this all last???

Basically, yes, normal. That is on the common side effect list on your info leaflet also, that you got.

I had this too with my 1st shot, then with the 2nd and 3rd I didn’ get it, it’s because your body creates antibodies for the first time.

Sometimes this can mean you’re having an allergic reaction to an ingredient. Your body is also building immunity, so it makes sense to see some redness and have some pain. If you’re super concerned I would contact your doctor (:

I didn't have that with my first shot, my first shot induced a tension migraine and bloody mucus. Migraine lasted a week with treatment, the bloody mucus was just a couple times after sneezing a mass amount of mucus out of nose days 4&5 after the shot, I have had zero reactions or side effects after my second shot.

Ya it will be like that.  When I got my covid shot it was red arm hurt for a couple of days. And armpit. But it went away after that.

Totally normal. You have lymph nodes in your armpit. An autoimmune response was stimulated by the vaccine. Don’t stress.
