Any working mamas that stat SUPER EARLY? & what do you do with baby? My alarm goes off at 345, out of the house by 410 start work at 5am. I’d be home anywhere from 9am to 2pm depending on the shift I pick up. My fiancé is out of the house 2 days a week by 530am. I’m due to go back to work in a few weeks and pre baby I was working part time but I was just offered a full time position. Originally the plan was mon-wed dad stays with baby until I get home and then he goes in. I’m off Thurs/Fri while he works his 12 hr days. He HAS to work 48 hours a week. 12 thurs, 12 fri float the rest whatever works for him. I’d be set Mon - Fri 5am - 1pm. Im so torn.
