Hurting down below?

Anyone else hurting really bad in the pelvic region? I have been hurting for a couple of weeks and sometimes the pain is so bad I can hardly walk.

Yes! I’ve had SPD since around week 16. I see a chiropractor a few times a week now, wear a maternity belt & apply ice packs at night to my pelvic region & that has helped a lot! Also just discovered they pelvic tilts help with the back pain.

Yes! I've been sitting on ice packs every night before bed. It's horrible 😔

Probably SPD I had it with all my other 3 kids..mine will start soon probably. Seeing a chiropractor helps alot.
