Teething?

Hey everyone! My girl has been a wreck since Friday of last week. Daycare says she’s teething, doctors say she’s not. What do we think? I think I for sure see teeth and I’m hoping they come in soon 🙏

Not quite yet! They’ll be closer to that little wrinkly line when they’re going to break through - but teething can go on for weeks. Mine was usually about 2 weeks of misery for us and then he’d pop 2 teeth and be good as new. Bottom teeth also usually come in first, but there are always exceptions. Our first round of teeth we were also hit with a double ear infection and a leap all at the same time. I was ready to trade the kid in 🤣 good luck momma! Hope you find out soon!

Update: we ended up in the ER for a fever, lethargy and shivering where they diagnosed her with a very severe ear infection in one ear and fluid in the other ear (two doctors missed this over the course of three appointments and to say I’m unhappy is a massive understatement). She is in fact teething! The two teeth on top which the ER doctor said the one on the right might pop through this weekend. Antibiotics and snuggles for this little one!

The tops dont look like teeth but that doesnt mean that teeth on the bottom aren't moving. Sounds like you had her to the doctor. Did they check her ears? If not I would have ears and throat checked.

They don’t look quite ready, but the act of teething can go on for weeks before teeth break through. 
The bottom two will likely pop first. 
My girl has all four canines locked and loaded like that since about 3 months old. But her two bottom teeth popped out of nowhere at 5 months old!
