I need help my acne is bed and I have a couple of facial products. Please help me.

I can’t tell what kind of skin you have, oily, combination, or dry? But I have been using “Buttah” and love it! It really has worked on my hyperpigmentation and it is black owned and created. They have different combinations for different skin types like if you had dry skin you would use the moisturizer for dry skin. I bought the kit like early January and I still have a lot left over. The kit has the face wash, toner, serum, and moisturizer. Sometimes I think black skin needs products that are specifically made for black skin. Hope it helps.

Acne usually comes from what’s in contact with our skin, or what we are consuming. Foods that walk on the earth and grow on the earth, sometimes it could be gluten, soy, wheat, caramel coloring, increasing your hydration, reducing acidity to your diet like coffee or pasta sauce, or it could be products you’re using you’re coming in contact with, needing to wash your pillowcases more often, soaps, detergent, lotions, make up, the applicators from the make up, fragrances, medication‘s, antibiotics, sometimes what sounds like a good idea isn’t in reality, like those hair skin and nail products, biotin can break out your skin, take a look at your environment, what you’re consuming, and try and eliminate things, and just trial and error.￼￼

So I don’t have any product recommendations! Just habit recommendations. 1. Double cleanse your face in the evenings, either with the same gentle cleanser back to back, massaging your face for 60 seconds each time or with a gentle cleanser first followed by an active cleanser (with BHA’s or some exfoliating factor - but use a chemical exfoliant NOT a physical exfoliant. In fact do not use a physical exfoliant). 2 hydrate!! Use moisturizer after you was your face in the evening (and morning) and make sure it works for you. Some people like buttery moisturizers others like water based others oil.. just find one that works for you. It’s a misconception some people think you need to dry out your acne but in reality if your skin is dried out your skin is going to over produce oil to try and re hydrate and having oily skin will give you more or worse acne! 3. Wash your face well with warm water in the morning and always dry your face with a clean towel! Once your face is dry dampen it just a touch with more water then moisturize while it’s clean and damp, once that’s dry put on sunscreen. Do this every day without fail!! I promise it sounds so simple but if tour consistent it will absolutely help you and you’ll see results. izer

I used to use dove to scrub my face with i use African shea butter It works good on my face and it also clears up the acne.

My brother had bad acne and did proactive and it did him wonders with a morning scrub and night scrub of the st Ives apricot flavor

I use murad products and I love them ! Kinda pricy but totally worth it.
