You can do one time purchase, but I’d be careful getting involved in an MLM such as doTerra and Young Living. I know they claim that their oils are “superior” to every other brand, but it’s bullshit. They’re scamming you. 
There are many other great, high quality essential oil brands that are not MLMs and don’t jack up the prices. Off the top of my head, here are some fantastic companies:
Eden’s Garden (my personal favorite)
Plant Therapy
Mountain Rose Herbs

You could. But maybe you should look for a higher quality product that isn’t from a pyramid scheme 🤷🏼‍♀️
