Sorry if I sound dumb

I had a miscarriage last month so this month it’s all a bit confusing so 8th February ewcm.

9th February positive opk and pale pink spotting.

10th February bbt big dip spotting finished.

This month is the first time I’ve ever done bbt.

What do you think is going on ?
