How would you interpret this statement? (college related)

"Math & Science prerequisite courses must be completed within 7 years of the program's admissions deadline."

I took my algebra class in the Spring semester of 2015, so this current semester would be 7 years now. The deadline for 2 of the programs I planned to apply for is Feb 17th(next week). My question is do you think my math class expired in Jan 2022 or do you think it expires in May when the spring semester ends? I feel like it would expire in May, but I'm not 100% on that.

& yes I did e-mail & call the admissions office. I still haven't heard back, but hopefully I'll hear something by tomorrow or Monday. Just thought I would ask for your opinions.
