i got my blood work back my progestron level is 3.6 (ng/ml) did i ovulate??? i took the test jan 28th did not ovulate it was at 0.1 i got another blood work on feb 7th or 8th and it just came back as 3.6..

Yes, would mean you ovulated, although it’s very low so either just ovulated, or ovulated after first initial test and now it’s dropping.

If it was done on the correct cycle day, no, it does not indicate ovulation.  Did they do the test about 7 days after you thought you ovulated?  (Usually CD 21, but obv it’s not the same for everyone).
