Impending miscarriage - what to expect

Hi everyone. Had an early ultrasound Wednesday and things were not looking good. Have another scan next week to confirm. I’ve had a missed MC in the past that resulted in a D&C. I’m wondering what to expect if my MC begins on its own this time before my next scan. I should be 7w5d today, but baby measured a week behind. My nausea feels like it’s subsiding today, and I’m starting to feel some mild pains in my lower belly. Just trying to understand how much pain and bleeding I’ll go through I guess. Thanks in advance.
