It feels so good when your job recruiter contacts you just to tell you that the contract that you’ve been working at for almost a year has been reaching out to her saying nothing but wonderful things about you and telling the recruiter that if you ever mention quitting or putting in your two weeks notice or anything for them to be notified immediately so they can prevent you from quitting or leaving because they don’t want to lose you as a representative because you do such an amazing job with the customers and passing graded calls and such an amazing asset to the team.

It just warms my heart hearing this, don't get me wrong this job can be so super stressful & chaotic but overall as long as you do your job and do your best than everything else doesn't matter. A new system is launching in a couple months so we take shifts switching every other week to do week long training to learn the new system coming out. An the ones not in training that week are being slammed with calls and we switch every week. Well I haven't had a supervisor since training started cause I got switched to a new team and me and that Team are on opposite schedules 😂 so I've been riding solo handling my calls and issues myself without assistance and I LOVE IT!
