Early signs of pregnancy?

The last three days I’ve felt off, dizzy, sinuses are bad, stomach just feels weird I can’t explain, a little nauseous. It comes and go throughout the day. I feel warmer than usual but no fever. My glow app says I am 5 days late but another app I have used in the past that I keep updating says my period is suppose to start today. I have also had weird cramps that come and go and don’t feel like normal AF is coming cramps.

glow app has been pretty spot on other months for AF.

I took a test a few days ago and it was negative. Do you think it was too early?
