Nipples at 16 weeks

Li • Hi everyone, first time mom here with a question:
Today I looked down at my nipples and noticed a couple of yellow spots coming out of the nipple, not the areola. I tried doing a search online and milk blebs came up—it’s definitely not that. Milk blebs seem like there is liquid underneath the skin, these were dry and in between the fleshy bits of the nipple. Couldn’t find anything about it anywhere, anyone else experiencing this?
